I've posted Part III of my Getting RESTful with WCF. This installment looks at how to use an HTTP Module and IIS 7 to get rid of the *.svc in the URIs of WCF apps hosted in IIS. Thanks to Jon Flander's blog post on a solution to this "problem". I made a couple of small changes to account for how I wanted to make my solution work so hopefully I've added something helpful to Jon's work besides just reproducing it in video.
